The Last Roll Call

It is with great sadness that we set aside this area to remember members of our Camp who have passed away. We lost one of our charter members, Mr. Jerry L. Hudson, Jr. on Sept. 17, 2002. Jerry was an avid Civil War buff and though his job often kept him away from meetings, he thoroughly enjoyed being a SCV member and a charter (founding) member of The Hanover Dragoons Camp #827.
Jerry, you shall be greatly missed.

It is with great sadness that we report the loss of two Compatriots in late 2004. Real Son Clifton P. Pierce, Sr. and Compatriot Garland Gray Kirby. Both of these fine men were extremely proud of their Confederate heritage and loved their own person Southern history and heritage.
They both shall be sorely missed.

It is with great sadness that we report the loss of our Compatriot Lee Ward in August of 2007. Lee was a very proud member of the Hanover Dragoons Camp who fought a very courageous battle against cancer. He loved his family, friends, history and many other fun hobbies.
He will be truly be missed by many.
